What are the delivery charges?
www.delhi-auto.com provides free home delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs.500 or more. Otherwise Rs.50 is charged for delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is Minimum 3days & Maximum 7days. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and, wherever we can, through our logistics partner. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via government registered book post or speed post. All products are insured for theft and damage during transit. Delivery times are estimated only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfill and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. If your delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us on info@eshopcor.com. Please note that if your delivery does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch confirmation you are entitled to a refund.
